Methods

For me, coaching is always an occasion to sort out and clarify ideas, questions and self-concepts. My main strengths (according to the Values-in-Action questionnaire, among others) are curiosity and unconditionality, and this also characterises my way of working. I pair curiosity with the systemic attitude of impartiality and neutrality.

In coaching you will find classic methods such as the Inner Team or Communication Square (Schulz von Thun) alongside evidence-based insights from positive and coaching psychology to agile ways of thinking. I am a fan of an empathic but efficient, solution- and future-focused way of working and think that the collaboration between client and coach should be as long as necessary but at the same time as short as possible. I coach online and offline, in German and English.
