One of the most important aspects that contribute to the success of coaching is the chemistry between client and coach. In order to ensure that the coaching is right for the employee of your scientific institution or for you as a private individual, I offer a nonbinding initial consultation. We get to know each other, talk about challenges and questions as well as possible course of the sessions and the focus we want to set in the coaching.
